Getting a service

During the service
Our engineer will arrive and commence the work. We’ll need access to the boiler, radiators and gas meter, and we’ll be able to complete the service in under an hour. So if you have any questions, it’s a great time to pick the brains of a gas-registered engineer whilst they’re in your home!
We’re also keen on helping customers save money on their heating bills, so our engineer will be able to talk you through some things that may help, including useful tips and about smart thermostats.
After the service
Once the service is completed, you’ll receive your gas safety certificate. It shows that the service has been completed and that everything is working as it should. It’s worth keeping hold of this for future reference.
